I. Soaking in the Bright & Prosperous Energies!
We are in the mid-way mark of Beautiful February! How has life been for you?
For me, I feel a deep reprieve as I finally bade farewell to an infectious flu, sore throat & persistent coughing, an inflamed right foot that took the slowest & longest recovery, as well as a sprain to my left ankle shortly after.
It was a series of unfortunate health issues that came up for healing in January.😅
But miraculously, as we usher in the bright & prosperous energies of February, all these unfortunate health issues quickly dissipated. As mysteriously as they came & lasted for one entire month in January.
Concurrently, I took a solo meditation retreat to Taiwan in January. I soaked in the breaktaking landscape of Cingjing Mountain, hiked up Hehuanshan (do you know she is Mount Joy?), immersed in the local life in Sun Moon Lake, and explored the city in Taichung. Despite my health issues (imagine a limping right foot & persistent coughing), I enjoyed myself, and renewed my relationship with my precious body.
If you have been struggling with a series of physical issues since end-December, I pray that this month’s energies will assist you with a speedy recovery & to experience a pain-free body.
