Hi Everyone, I hope that things have been unfolding well for you! 🙏🏻
Having recently recovered from Covid infection, I realised how vulnerable & impermanent our human life is, and how blessed we are to enjoy this human existence. May we continue to live each day with more mindfulness, peace, joy, love and gratitude! 🧡

Sometimes, ironically, it is through pain & suffering that we learned to appreciate, cherish and be grateful for what we already have. There are so many things that I take for granted on a daily basis, such as the precious connections with my family & loved ones, good health, stable job, safe shelter, food, water, air, electricity, and all other basic necessities. It usually doesn’t seep into my consciousness how blessed I am to possess all these things, until adverse events happen that remind me that these too are vulnerable & impermanent.

Wherever we may be, it is never too late to realise how amazing our human life is, and to strive to live life meaningfully & mindfully. When we live life in conscious awareness, even for a day, it enriches and deepens our perspectives on everything within & around us. Be it feeling into our physical body, mind and heart more tangibly, to witnessing like an observer how events unfold externally around us.
When life gets busy, stressful & chaotic, it is easy for us to slip back into the default autopilot mode of living. In times like these, we may feel easily stressed, triggered & overwhelmed by the people or situations around us. We may feel stuck & seemingly left without a choice. We may feel lost, confused and even depressed. We may start questioning ourselves: Why am I doing what I am doing? What am I trying to achieve with all these busyness? What is the purpose of my existence on earth?

This is where our daily practice comes in handy. To feel more emotionally balanced, clear the mental clutter & fogginess, and to spend quality time aligning and connecting back to ourselves. That truly, all the answers we seek externally, exist within us internally. But have we created sufficient peace & space within us to retrieve these answers clearly & accurately?
Sometimes, we may seek help externally, to get us into a good space internally. For example, in my Akashic Light Reading & Healing Sessions with clients, I facilitate this process by connecting to the client’s team of Akashic Masters & Guides, to channel the higher guidance to queries that matter to my clients, in order to bring them much-needed peace & stability within. Even so, it is impossible (and impractical) for me to constantly assist my clients after the session. Therefore, it very much depends on each client, to act and follow-up on the advice given, in order to experience the most benefits out of the session.
That brings me to the point on the importance of self-empowerment. To realise that we are in full control of our lives & choices made at every moment. To choose wisely what we keep in our lives, our daily habits & practices, in order to benefit ourselves & others around us.
In this modern day & age, we recognise that not everyone has chosen to live a life in isolation, for example as a monk, nun or priest, in the monastery or other places of worship. Many people have chosen to experience life at its full spectrum in the community, while going through the usual cycle of birth, aging, sickness and death, without tying themselves down with any vows of celibacy and what not.

Therefore, meditation is a practical tool suited & designed for the people living in this modern day & age, to invite in more peace, calmness, joy, love and gratitude into their lives on a daily basis. To find moments of stillness in their lives, and with consistent practice, to permeate & infuse the stillness into every cell of their being, in their everyday lives. To be a walking pillar of light in this world.
After years of experiencing the immense benefits of meditation, I have co-created with my team of Akashic Masters & Guides, to share some guided meditations with everyone. This was what kept me busy for the past few months. Under their guidance, I have explored a variety of meditations to cater to different needs. As some of you may know, I have always been coping with all kinds of pain, discomfort & inflammation affecting my physical body. The discovery of Usui Reiki opened my eyes to the possibility and effectiveness of energy healing. Through years of working closely with my team of Akashic Masters & Guides, I have also experienced firsthand the amazing benefits of energy healing when facilitated by them. I listen to these meditation recordings regularly, and I could feel a positive difference in my physical, mental and emotional bodies. It is also important to complement this with a healthy diet and lifestyle, regular exercise, sufficient sleep, and clean, structured water. Be mindful of the stress levels within our body, as stress wreaks havoc in our physical body and lowers our immunity.
