Q1: For my mental health problems, I really want to fully heal them and be able to have a healthy mind no matter the situation. How can I best achieve that? Or make progress towards fully healing all these mental health problems that I have?

Masters shared that you suffer from some kind of chronic anxiety. So, you feel very fatigued, by the stress within & around you, which is overwhelming you in all situations. It makes you feel sometimes, you might have some kind of a panic attack. And when you have a panic attack, you can’t seem to think or function properly.

What is the reason behind all these issues? They said that you have the issue of lack of self-worth and a lot of self-doubt within you, which you have taken on from childhood. And the environment in which you grew up in, you didn’t feel trusted. You tend to have this feeling of mistrust which cause you to keep doubting yourself or wondering about your worthiness. Am I worthy enough to do this & that? Can I think properly, independently, on my own? Does my opinion matter? Can my opinion be valued or trusted, or must it undergo some other second opinion or expert opinion? So, there is a lot of this issue of lack of self-worth and doubt stemming from your childhood experiences.

And a lot of your current medical condition afflicting you, related to all these so-called mental issues, you are fine as a person, there’s nothing wrong with you. Don’t be bothered by what society says, that you’re heading towards depression, chronic anxiety, panic attacks, there’s no hope at all. We have to recognize the chain of events that lead to the ultimate unfoldment of the illness as it is, in a very objective manner.

And that is what they have illuminated, the childhood issues. Then, you took on others’ opinions & judgements, that lack of self-worth and a lot of self-doubt, therefore a lot of criticisms. And we build on this mistrust, inability to trust ourselves. And even to a certain extent, others easily, as a result of all these experiences. And therefore, it kind of leads us to adulthood.

Whenever we face all these difficult crises, we tend to doubt ourselves first. There’s nothing wrong with others, most probably whenever an issue crops up, it is our fault or issue. So, we put ourselves under a lot of stress and scrutiny, which is very unnecessary. So, the Masters’ advice is to work on that childhood element of yours, and then that will open the doors layer by layer.

Because when we look at medical conditions, we tend to kind of over complicate matters, like we take it in isolation like, I have this issue. So, I need, based on the western medicine, to take this antidepressant or whatever calming our anxiety kind of medication or herbal products, but actually, it doesn’t tackle the root issue. The root issue stems from certain incorrect beliefs that we have taken on from others. Because that takes us away from our divine self. They remind you that you are a divine being, you are a divine child of God, and within you illuminates God’s light. So, how can there even be room to contemplate that we might be unworthy, we might feel inferior, we will not be good enough compared to others? These are all lies that people have been incorrectly telling us to kind of control or dominate over us.

What are the solutions? What are the proposals that your team of spirits & guides have in mind?

The first suggestion is affirmations. That might be something you can consider working on. Frankly speaking, “affirmations” is a very tricky thing. We really have to find the right person in which we feel that resonance that, whatever the person is sharing on the affirmations, I believe in it 100%. And I can feel it in all cells of my being that I am with the affirmation, rather than to have this mind-body disconnection. That the mind says like “Okay, I need to trust this. I need to believe that I’m this.”, but the body just doesn’t feel the connection, and we feel even worse off with that disparity after that.

They suggest you can try YouTube. There’s this guy, Steve Nobel, he is a spiritual teacher working mainly with star seeds. Truth be told, there are unique beings who came from the stars with a responsibility on earth. So, these are beings that often feel very misunderstood, never felt a sense of belonging, or felt very disconnected with the peers. And that’s for a reason, because we are here to kind of clear out the density and to play our unique roles. So, how can we kind of fit in with the crowd, when we obviously were meant to stand out? And in most cases, a lot of us end up standing out like a sore thumb. For a start, he has things called the higher light decree. You can either listen to those, or the affirmations. See if it’s something that resonates with you. He also has meditations for star seeds. Most importantly, Masters are saying, feel and sense in your entire being – whatever was being shared, how it feels like in your body and cells? Because that feeling doesn’t lie.

So, when we feel the little tingling sensation, when we feel uplifted after the meditation, the higher light decree or the affirmations, it is an indication that your body loves it, even if the mind may not fully understand at this juncture. And that’s good enough. So, try it, feel and sense in your being.

The second suggestion, very interestingly, for the self-doubt issues, they show me an image of you talking to yourself in the mirror. It is a very interesting practice where you stand in front of the mirror, allocate five minutes of your time daily and just talk loving words to yourself, encourage yourself. It is like how you would encourage somebody else. Use that compassion and love you often have for everyone around you, that you often shower selflessly, to everyone around you. Redirect it to yourself.

The third suggestion is to practice gratitude. Keep a journal. Every day, write 5 to 10 things that you’re grateful for. We can do it at the end of the day, kind of taking stock of how that whole day went. It helps us to take in context, the good things that unfolded in our life that day. So, sometimes when we are anxious, a part of us tend to think of the worst-case scenarios. And we spiral into that so-called negativity and self-doubt. But it will really help us a lot, if we keep track of the good things that happen in our life. So, we can be grateful for the lovely meal, the catch-up with a friend, a little gesture that somebody did for us, or we did for someone, or the fact that the weather was just good that day. Little things that we can really be grateful for, compared to others maybe facing some war or crisis, we are pretty good. There’s stable supply of water, food, electricity and all the little things in our life. So, whenever we feel shitty about ourselves, all we need to do is to take out the journal, just flip through a few pages, and you will notice that your energy will switch very easily.

Because the thing about chronic anxiety and all other so-called mental health issues, we kind of tend to adopt the pessimistic outlook of life as the answer, as the one & only truth. But truth be told, it is just a part of us. We are not dismissing it, but we just take it in context. There’s the good, and there’s the sometimes not-so-good. When appreciating the good, we have the gratitude, the affirmations, the talk in the mirror encouragement. Even when talking about the not-so-good, we are also not shying away from that. So, for childhood issues, journalling is also a good way.

So, what do we journal about? We journal about first, the images or issues that keep popping up in our mind. We can start off with: Why do I feel unworthy? Who told me that in my childhood days? Maybe we have an image of a parent, teacher, friend, so-called relative, that told us certain things. We can go through the process. What happened then? How did I feel? Sometimes, people are a little scared of opening that closet, it’s like flipping under the carpet. Oh my God, that’s the things that have stored there for decades. But when we have the courage to leave open the carpet, that is a first step to healing. And you will always feel better after that. The first step is of course tough. When we open up the carpet, we see all the nonsense, we get a shock. And when we write down the first time, we may feel very emotional, tears may flow. Acknowledge that. If need be, find a safe space for yourself where you won’t be interrupted or be judged harshly by others. Just write down in your journal how the experience felt for you back then. There’s no need for any logic. If need be, you can tell your mind, “mind, I would like you to step away from this exercise”. I just want to spend time with my soul. And whatever my soul feels, I’m just going to honour that and I will write it down. When young, this was what happened, and back then, I felt so lost & alone. That person said I couldn’t do it. I made the mistake and I was horrible. I was a horrible person. All those things, write it down, acknowledge it. Because when we acknowledge it, we liberate ourselves from the experience. Sometimes, we may end up writing from different angles. We might write on the incident, first time you felt emotional. Maybe after a couple of weeks, we kind of touch the issue again, but from another angle, know that that’s because healing takes place in layers. So, sometimes people say it is like peeling an onion, the deeper we get, the more issues surface, that is all natural and part of healing.

The whole idea is that you undergo this process of healing yourself, so that one day, you may benefit others in similar circumstances. So, where your suffering lies, is also where your gift lies. So, there’s a divine reason & purpose why your soul consciously chose to take on this family, the dynamics, the upbringing, the experiences, and even to a certain extent, all the so-called conditions that you’re afflicted with. It is also where your opportunity to overcome, internalize these issues, and be of divine service to others, come from. So, treasure all these issues & all these suffering, it is for a greater reason.

Q2:  There’s someone I care for, that is in a really difficult situation. I want to help him or provide the best support I can. How can I support him better or improve things?

Be a listening ear for him. Sometimes, he may face the need to vent the frustrations for whatever reason. It is very precious that you have dedicated your time, space and energy for him to kind of support and motivate him on his journey. He may not recognise this or even fully appreciate at all times. But the fact that you are a listening ear, that you are there, your presence alone is already very precious and immensely healing & supportive for him. And whether you know it or not, you can be the greatest supporter for him, you can be a great source of motivation and support for him.

But the Masters also share that you have to make sure that you are in a good space yourself energetically. Sometimes, as sensitive souls, we tend to take on other people’s problems and feel it in all cells of our being, as if we are bogged down by the same problems. We tend to do it, taking on other people’s problems, because a part of us truly & sincerely want to alleviate the problems or suffering for them. So, energetically, we end up taking on. So, what happens is, sometimes, we may feel drained or exhausted. That’s something you have to take note of.

So, of course, you can be that listening ear, you can also be a great source of support for him. But know that in order for you to facilitate this to the best of your ability, your focus has to be on yourself first. Your self-care is the number one priority. Make sure that you are in a good space energetically. How do we do that? Meditations are a good first step. It is not wasting time. We are devoting time to care for ourselves and our energy bodies that we may not always be aware of. Masters are sharing that Steve has some super quick morning meditations, you might want to consider that as well. To perk yourself up in the morning, and to get yourself ready and be in a good space energetically.

Q3: Are there ways of helping & supporting him that I haven’t thought of?

You are already trying your best. Recognise that his soul chose the journey that he is in, no matter how difficult the predicament, situation or condition may be. His soul consciously chose the so-called suffering at birth, in order to internalize a greater lesson. So, sometimes, in our human eyes, we may feel kind of aggrieved for the person or on the person’s behalf. Because we can’t do anything to help the person. We feel that we need to do more, we should contribute more, we feel we are letting ourselves or the person down by not doing enough. But truth be told, you already tried your best. It is for his soul to continue the journey as he chose, he needed. So, as far as you’re concerned, know that what you have done is sufficient, you have tried your best. And what you need to focus on, is to be in a good space energetically. So, that means that even when other people’s problems come, we are able to be a little more detached. We don’t feel as if in our cells, their problem is all over us. But instead, we can have this level of compassion where we feel a little kindness, but there’s still a level of detachment, that our body is still in a great state. So, that really helps us mentally, even physically and emotionally, to facilitate that person’s healing but not draining us. That is more sustainable in the long term.

Adrianne shared that she didn’t feel it’s sufficient, what she has done so far. She felt like she hasn’t even scratched the surface. She’s very committed into helping him & supporting him. So, that part of her having tried her best, doesn’t resonate with her.

Masters said that you are someone who tends to want to extend & exhaust yourself in the whole process to feel that you are fully committed, you have tried your best. And until you’re feeling that, you don’t feel that you have tried your best.

Adrianne shared that she has only just started, his situation has only just become quite terrible. Now, she wants to help him, she is thinking of ways she can do that, and she knows that’s really important to him as well. And so, in terms of having done enough, she hasn’t started yet.

The Masters say, when you have already tried your best, it is not as if you’ve gone through the whole process with him. But at every stage of your journey with him, know & recognize that at that moment, you are trying, you have tried your best, that’s what they are trying to kind of pinpoint. It’s not like taking a forecast of the future that 2, 5 or 10 years down the road, have I done it all? Have I completed all the steps needed, to have fully discharged my duty of trying my best & fully supporting him on his journey? But they are saying, take it step by step, start small and know that for every moment, or perhaps for every month that you are accompanying him, whatever came up for that stage of healing for him, recognize that you will try your best as a person.

And that’s why it is important to ensure you are in a good mental space energetically. So that you are able to make decisions, if need be, either on his behalf or together with him at every stage. And therefore, you know, at least from your conscience, that at every stage, you have put in that effort, you are in a good space. All is well. That is the best decision that you can make, rather than to feel that anxiety creeping up, like a blur mental fog. After that, we may blame ourselves. Have I really made a good decision? Could I have done better? But when we are in a good space energetically, there’s no need to look too far ahead. We are not doing a forecast of the worst-case scenarios that will happen in future. Just take it step by step that for every moment, or even if we want to look ahead, for this month, I have tried my best, this is what we can do. Just focus on that. Objectively, this is what I’ll do and we can do together. Recognize that there’s a part of it, which is not your problem; it is his soul’s lessons to internalize. So, you can support him to the extent that you are ready, but not to the extent of overly exhausting yourself. Because when you overly exhaust yourself, you kind of energetically take on his problems. It drains you and it doesn’t help him. So, it kind of made everybody suffer. There is no need for that.

You want to be in a calm state. When you’re calm, know that the calm vibes that you’re emitting, he can feel it energetically too, it will calm him down as well. So, it is a win-win. We can see it this way. Because sometimes, for people used to taking on issues for others, we kind of feel bad that we feel so good while they are suffering. We feel that we need to be suffering as well.

What about looking at it from another perspective? When we are in a good state, when we are so calm & peaceful, we don’t even have to talk much, they can feel from our vibes and they can also feel calm & peaceful. So, that is what we can do as well. It may not always be actions in front of the person; it could be a work that we have done on ourselves, and they can feel it from our vibes / energies.

Q4: What are my strengths & character? How can I do better for my spiritual development?

Looking at the strengths, you may not realise this, but because you are a highly sensitive soul, you tend to be very empathetic, you can feel people’s emotions, feelings & suffering very easily. That has its good & bad. The good is it makes you attuned to energy work because you’re so sensitive, it is very easy for you to feel. But the bad is you take on other people’s problems. Each trait has its good & bad. So, they want us to appreciate and not to be so harsh on ourselves, and just look at the bad.

For example, that chronic anxiety to a certain extent is because you can decipher the energies all around easily. So, sometimes in chaotic environments, you may feel very overwhelmed as well. You feel you can’t breathe, almost suffocated. And that may not always be lack of self-worth or self-doubt. It could sometimes be the environment is too chaotic for you. So, you feel like you’re drowning in the oceans all around you.

One common trait among spiritual teachers is that they are usually very sensitive souls. They tend to pick up all these energies easily. Many of them have had difficult childhoods, suffered & overcame difficult illnesses, it is a normal thing amongst them. Many of them, their souls consciously chose difficult childhoods, difficult experiences, all kinds of weird things that they took on from the family line, all kinds of genetic diseases and even so-called mental illnesses and what not. Know that all these things are there for a reason, for us to kind of learn & strengthen ourselves. And to share that greater learning that we have internalized, with others for their benefit in time to come. Because not everyone is fortunate to experience it & overcome it. A lot of people are stuck in it for the whole lifetime. And they don’t have the awareness or the resources to get out of it. So, know that actually, you are in a privileged position. Because you have the time, space, and good fortune to have access to learnings, spiritual teachers, a lot of resources. It is more of what your choice is, rather than your limitations; you’re not limited in any way, they are all there, a wide array of them for you to choose. In time to come, your experiences & suffering will be your greatest asset.

Because when you have reached a certain stage, for example, Reiki energy healing, it’s not just about attuning ourselves to Reiki and then just using our hands to heal. That used to work in the past, but the Masters are saying that is a very superficial process. Why? Because we are not recognizing your full ability as a soul within the core of your being, to contribute to humanity. What about your thoughts, your internalization, your accrued wisdom – through your life, suffering and all that? That is so valuable. Do the Masters really think that your hands alone are worthy? Every cell of your being is worthy. Every cell of your being is an asset. Therefore, recognize that.

The main thing they want to share is that your suffering, in this lifetime, is also your greatest gift. The fact that you are highly sensitive, it is an important characteristic of a good spiritual teacher. Because if you cannot feel yourself, how can you even feel for others? And how can you even guide others? If you have no suffering all your life, how is that going to generate wisdom and sharing for the rest? So, know that you are in a very privileged position. Further, a lot of people suffer through all their lives, they don’t have the good fortune to overcome it. But you have all your resources that you need. So, these few years are very important for you. They are saying it can be a period where you make a breakthrough for yourself, in your own spiritual development. So, treasure these years, harness it to your advantage. Wherever you feel guided to, maybe one day you will be a spiritual teacher in your own unique realm of knowledge.
