I. April Energy Updates
April coincides with the season of Spring, traditionally a period when farmers start sowing seeds in preparation for the next harvest. This month’s energies feel positive, vibrant, uplifting, and exciting. Ready to work in tandem with us to kickstart our next batch of goals tangibly.
If we learn to harness the natural cycles of time, much wisdom can be garnered. We learn to do the right things at the right time, which leads to less resistance & more progression.
The Spring season is time for us to exit hibernation and start taking action. But first, it requires us to know ourselves deeply, in order to mindfully sow the right seeds to support the bountiful harvest that is most aligned to us right now.
It requires us to step back from our lower mind chatter, and to connect to the gentle whispers of our sacred heart. It requires us to see, think & feel ourselves beyond any and all veils and implants that have hijacked us & limit us from seeing our true self & reality.
One key resistance that many of us have is the veil & implant of SMALLNESS. Where we are made to believe that we are small & unworthy. No matter how hard we tried to heal & change ourselves, there is always this NIGGLING feeling & doubt within us that we can never make it BIG in life. Everything has to be cautiously treaded upon. Even when we make plans, it often sounds like:
“Let’s start something SMALL”
“Let’s start a SMALL business”
“Let’s take a SMALL action step”
When we use & align with the word “small”, it feeds into our lower mind that:
Small = Safe = Comfortable
If we don’t make blindspots like these KNOWN to us, it will always LINGER in the background and HIJACK our minds.
That’s why many people end up with GRAND plans and minimal/no action. And they wonder WHY? Why is the fear so CRIPPLING? Why is it so DIFFICULT for long-lasting changes to happen? Why does it feel IMPOSSIBLE to sustain the momentum daily, to build towards what they truly desire in life?
The Spring season is an amazing season to kickstart our next batch of goals tangibly. But if we are still operating with the veil & implant of SMALLNESS, then it will just come & go, just like any other season that has already passed. And you will still be right where you are, in a conflicting tango dance with yourself…
