Welcome to the Release the Density Meditation (45:20). In this meditation, we called upon your team of Akashic Masters & Guides, Lords of Karma, Angels of Peace, Love, Healing and Light. We invited your team of Akashic Masters & Guides to infuse gold light into your auric fields. Sweeping your auric fields to release all dense & discordant energies and to draw in more light. We also connected deeply with Mother Earth energies, drawing it up to gently relax each part of our physical body and all layers of our auric fields. Next, we called in the Angels of Peace to send the peaceful energies into our body, specifically into our mind, throat and heart. We called in the Angels of Love to send the loving energies into our body, specifically into our mind, eyes, throat, heart, stomach, sacral and knees. We also called in the Angels of Healing to send healing energies into our physical body. We then called in your Lords of Karma to assist you to cut away all cords & connections that hinder or prevent you from feeling more peace, joy, love and light. Lastly, we called back your personal power, energy and soul parts.
This meditation is useful after a long-drawn day at work, with an overly anxious heart and busy mind. It will help to release whatever density that we have taken on within & around us, and to re-center us back into a state of calmness, peace and spaciousness within.
