Q1: Can he stop further diagnosis and go ahead to receive regular treatment for normal symptoms? Or does he need to take further steps as a precaution?
Appasamy shared that 3 weeks back, when he went for a medical check-up, his doctor advised him to check for some weird diseases, after checking his blood and all. It created fear in him, which triggered multiple visits (whether motivated by fear or need for precaution) to avoid anything. He spent a considerable amount, troubled his family, which was a big hassle in his life. This morning, after several visits to several doctors, they concluded that there is nothing major in body to worry about. But if symptoms persist, further tests will be carried out.

The Masters shared to take it easy on yourself, the stress at work is taking a toll on you and your health. It makes you constantly worried of worst-case scenarios. So, whenever something happens, you tend to go into a negative spiral to identify possible worst-case scenarios. But it is unnecessary right now. The earlier advice still stands. The earlier advice on trying to increase mobility at work, that means trying to take breaks every now and then. For taking care of eyes, sometimes they have the 20-20-20 rule even though it is very hard to maintain. Similar for mobility, every 20 mins, try at least to stand up. To also focus on doing yoga poses on the hips. That is your focus, and that should be fine.
Don’t need to blame yourself too much for having over-worried or over-thought about this whole situation. Because all of us in the human world, we are living in a very tense world, and you have a lot of pent-up stress from your work. And you shoulder a lot of responsibilities, not just for work alone for your own survival. In fact, you feel as if you are caring for the entire community around you – your parents, wife, everybody. So, you feel that you must be in the best state of health and condition to care for them. You must not be so indulgent in yourself to make any mistakes and harm them as a result.

The Masters said if you can, when you meditate, try at least to release this kind of energetic baggage. It is really spending time just to breathe, connecting to the light from heavens down to you, and then feeling that block of light all the way down through your soles of feet to Mother Earth. So, that really anchors you. It is a very simple meditation to just connect with the light, feel it move up and down of you. But when you do that, intend to release. You can say to yourself, “I release all energies, thoughts, emotions, feelings of others that I have taken on for them or from them, whether known or unknown to me”. You say this to yourself, and intend for the light to flush it out of you. The reason is not trying to escape from your situation. We are not trying to pretend that the situation does not exist. But the reality is created by our own mind. For example, for your current situation, if it is someone who doesn’t have so many commitments as you, they would think very lightly of it. Or if something happens, they will be like “nah, it is fine, it is a small issue, no worries”. But because you took on so much expectations of everybody around you – you are the primary caregiver; that you must be in the optimum state of health. That’s when all these stresses come. Also, at work, what will happen to you if you can’t function at work? What is the implication? So, all these things make you very stressed. By this simple meditation exercise that the Masters encourage you to do daily, at least you keep your energetic bodies clear. If possible, once in the morning and once at night. Or when you feel very tense at work, you just sit at your work desk, breathe and feel the light flushing it out of you. And saying the release statement to yourself.
Appasamy wanted to confirm if he can proceed with whatever decision he took to take it easy? Yes, this is the right decision for you, not to worry. And the earlier advice from Masters as per the last session, still stands.
Q2: Besides chakra meditation, is there anything else he needs to do to cope with the fear?
Appasamy shared that he slowly started doing chakra meditation. But he finds himself growing out the fear. When he becomes more positive, something comes and blows up. He feels very bad that this kind of fear occupies him, when no one feels this kind of fear for anything. He does things which makes him positive, but the fear and negative thoughts about his physical health remain.

On the intense fear, the Masters said that it is because of our energetic bodies. For example, beyond our physical body, we have our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Then, after that, we have our auric fields, which are furthest away from us. Across our lifetimes, we take on a lot of baggage in the auric fields. For example, when we operate in this world, when we don’t really know how to take care of ourselves and our energetic bodies, we feel the need to always give in to the needs of others, trying to please everybody around. That actually over time, thins our auric fields and creates a lot of holes in our auric fields. For example, when we get an illness, from the energetic level, that illness must actually penetrate from the holes in the auric fields, through the spiritual, mental and emotional bodies, and lastly attacking the physical body. For example, when you feel fear, you have to work on strengthening all these bodies sufficiently that the holes are not there.
The Masters suggested for us to do the steps during meditation later, so that you can follow through the steps. There are a few steps suggested by the Masters. Sweeping of the auric fields will be the last step. After you connect to the central pillar of light, you say, “I release all energies, thoughts, emotions and feelings taken on for others or from others”. After that, you command the gold light to spin counter-clockwise around your auric fields. So, it is like a broom or tornado which sweeps, patching all holes, tears and rips in your auric fields, and removing all those denser energies that don’t serve you. So, it is a daily practice to sweep your auric fields. Of course, if you don’t have time, once a day is good. Done over time, all these holes will slowly be patched.
The other step is the chakra meditation. They are saying not just a simple exercise of allowing the light to go down and balance each chakra. You can also do something like an energy circulation. After you connect to the central pillar of light, you ask for the light (which is from the central sun – very powerful & bright) to go into your navel. From the navel, it will slowly go upwards in the front of your body. And then you slowly breathe. You can take a couple of breaths the first few times you are doing this. And it will reach your crown. When you exhale, it will slowly move down the back of your body. The first few times you do, focus on feeling it. Even if you can’t feel, you just try your best. Then move at the back of your body, down your spine, then to the base, then it goes up again to your navel. Repeat in circles. Why the Masters are saying that is because chakras have front and back. If we do normal kind, we may only do one side, there is still the other side. By doing this every day, you balance your chakras. Best is to do in the morning. After a while, when you get familiar, there is no need to rush, you can take your own time, even if too slow, it is fine. Or sometimes, you feel you can feel, you cannot feel, it is fine. Just be very patient. Slowly, more and more, you will be able to feel the light travelling around you. And you will feel warm.

You actually don’t need to open your Akashic Records to connect with your Akashic Masters. It is just when you open your Akashic Records, if you learn on your own (then you can start receiving messages on your own) or through me (then you can receive messages through me). On your own, you can call them and you can pray. So long as you call upon your Akashic Masters, they will appear. Some people feel uncomfortable, like they say “I call upon my Akashic Masters”, and don’t know who appeared. If so, you can call upon someone you know, say “I call upon Lord Ganesha to join me in meditation now”. Then you go through the meditation. You can pray to him, like tell him your worries or fears. In meditation, you can have this dialogue. You don’t even have to say it out loud, you can say it in your heart. You can call him 3 times, to make it very clear the intention is he really needs to be there. So, he will be there. And you trust he is there. So, you can just pray accordingly. And he will answer your prayers in the most beautiful ways. Not just Lord Ganesha, but any Master, any deity you are familiar with. That’s the way they are encouraging you to connect with them.
Whenever you have any difficulties, or you feel like, in this situation, what should be the best guidance for me? I feel like the fear is going out of control, or no matter how hard you try, you don’t know how to get the fear out. That’s when you do the steps, get into meditation, connect to central pillar of light, do the energy circulation, sweep your auric fields, call your Masters in. You can call your Masters right from the start. Call them and pray to ask for help. There is no shame to ask our own Masters for help. The more sincere we are, the more they answer it. And it is really something where “Trust and You Will Receive”. For a lot of people, they don’t trust, so they find it very hard to even receive anything.
On Appasamy trying to do a lot of things to feel positive, the Masters shared that it is like trying to be compassionate. Compassion is a very high milestone right at the end, where we have to be very kind in a very detached manner, which Masters can do. But along the way, what’s our mid-point? Where can we focus on first? They say the mid-point is to try to feel neutral first. There is no need to strive to be positive. Because when we try very hard to be positive, but in fact, it is very hard, it feels like we are lying to ourselves. Then it becomes like, I need to be positive, I can’t be fearful, I can’t be angry over this person, I must be positive, I must I must etc. And then it actually makes us feel guilty for feeling some other emotion. Or it even makes us feel we need to suppress the uglier emotions. So, Masters say it is ok, all of these are parts of ourselves – the likeable and unlikeable parts, the good and the bad, it is all fine. It is just our eyes, we see these issues, we don’t like these parts, we like these parts. So, before we strive to be positive, the mid-point is for us to strive to be neutral. That’s an easier target.

So, for example, if we are angry with others, just pause. When we are about to judge someone, to pause. Everything, to pause. And if needed, even count from 5 to 1, or 10 to 1. When we are about to feel triggered, if someone says “why are you always like that”, “why can’t you do this”, “why can’t you do that”, then how to feel neutral? Before the instinctive urge to react, count from 10 to 1. When we feel stressed, it is actually a reminder for us to breathe. Every time we are stressed, we actually forgot to breathe, then we feel very tensed up. The more stressed we are, the more we feel we need to force ourselves, sit in front of the computer and quickly get everything done, or do everything, get it sorted. But Masters say there is no harm taking a 10 mins break, then just go and do some breathing, energy circulation or connecting to the light. You don’t have to necessarily be in a meditative state to do the energy circulation. After you practiced for a while, you can even sit at the cubicle, and then visualize the light going into your navel, then after that, go up and go round and round. Nobody really knows, then you also feel very calm and balanced. By the time you are done, 5 mins you open your eyes, you feel you are in a much better state. Then everything becomes very peaceful and flows very well for you.
Q3: Do I bring down myself (e.g. don’t display my joyfulness, don’t share the things I am having, don’t dress up so well) to hide and blend in with the surroundings? Do I need to show myself low when I see/meet people who are more unfortunate than me? Should I worry about the thoughts from people around?
Appasamy shared that as his character, he shows what he is. He doesn’t hide. In his circle of friends, sometimes he hears a jealous comment, like “wow, you are looking good”, or “you are maintaining the body, good”. But he also doesn’t want to change himself, like to look normal, go in a normal dress. So, the surroundings make him a little uncomfortable. Many times, these thoughts made him question if he made a mistake, did he hurt their feelings, did he make them feel low? Especially when others said openly, “oh you have a nice job, you have a nice home”. All these bother him.

The Masters said that it is not because you are not humble. All these issues – when we try to be our authentic selves, that means we just enjoy, we are in the mood, we wear nicer clothes and then people get jealous, people ask “how come you have so much money to buy all these clothes” and all, it is their trauma being triggered externally by your presence. So, when things happen, when people make very nasty comments, it is not much to do with the outside world, but more to do with their own baggage and trauma within. The external situation becomes a mirror, which shows to them the things they don’t like to see. So, for example, if someone has childhood wound within and dislikes that people are better than them, whenever they see people doing better, they sometimes feel the need to make very sarcastic remarks to pull that person down, so that they can see that the person is really down and feel better within. There is no need to care so much about these people’s opinions.
On the other level, the reason why you feel all these is because you take them on. Naturally, energetically, you feel like a sponge. You have this sensitive side of you where you take on people’s energies very easily. So, even if people don’t say I am angry, but from their body language, vibes, what they are thinking and their eyes, you can already tell that they are not happy. And because all these emotions are energy. You pick up the energy very fast, and your auric fields are weak – they have holes there. And it is fine. Because a lot of us, when we are not aware of caring for our own energetic bodies, that there are so many parts of us, we tend to neglect all these things. And across lifetimes, all these poor auric fields have been working so hard for us. A lot of lifetimes there, a lot of hooks and cords from others, all kinds of nonsense.

Sometimes when people want to control us, if we are not mindful, they may just extend energetic cords to us. We need to learn to identify these cords and to ask our Masters to cut these cords away, if we don’t really know how to do it ourselves. If we constantly, over time, feel very bothered by a particular person’s comments, there are usually two things. One is they themselves, because of their trauma and baggage, they extended those energetic cords or hooks onto your energy fields. It makes you constantly think of them, very fearful of them. Another thing to work through is also our own wounds. Everything externally is a reflection of our internal world. So, if our internal world is very balanced, and we take care of our energy bodies daily, all very clean and very nice, we wouldn’t feel an issue. That means we will reach a stage where every day we connect to the light, we sweep our auric fields, very strong energetically, then when that person says such comments, we will just look at them with non-judgmental and accepting eyes. That it is not that they are right or wrong, it doesn’t matter, but this is just their comment. They are at this stage of their journey and divine consciousness to process things in a certain way. This is the best they can do right now, so be it. That’s them. And we are able to see that they are behaving in a certain way because of the trauma that they had suffered in the past, whether we know it or not, whether it is past or present lives, it doesn’t matter. So, that’s them. That’s nothing to do with us. We are just a mirror of their internal world. So, we will reach a stage like that. It takes a while and it takes a lot of effort. For example, even if we try our best to take care of our energy fields in the morning, if we are not very mindful throughout the day, we go around and deplete ourselves, at night we will still come back to the same situation, where we feel like “why do I feel so suffocated”, “why this person just said something over dinner and I feel like I cannot take it, it is latched onto me”, that kind of feeling.
Sometimes, we don’t even have to process or think so much. Take care of your energy bodies first. When you are in a very calm state after meditation, and you relook into the whole situation, it will be in context.

In summary, all these persons – the way they look at you, and the way they have their judgements onto you, have nothing to do with you, or less to do with you but more to do with their own trauma and baggage that haven’t been resolved. We can’t control them, but we can control ourselves. So, how do we control ourselves? We work on our energetic bodies through meditation. So, we don’t feel affected. They can say all they want, then we just look at them, that’s who they are, that’s where they are at their learning journey. And they are trying their best, even though it may not be obvious to us, but their soul is trying their best to learn. This is all the trauma that they have been through. I may not know everything, but I just let them be.
Q4: Is there anything else I need to know at this moment?

The Masters reminded that this is a very turbulent period right now with Covid. A lot of people are sensing a lot of fear. So, sometimes some of our fear actually comes from the mass consciousness. It sounds like a big word, “mass consciousness” – what does it mean, you are you, and I am me, we are different people, where is there the “mass consciousness” right? But energetically, we are somehow tied together. For energy knows no boundaries. So, for example, in the same room, when someone is feeling very fearful, we sometimes can pick on it, then we feel like “why am I so fearful”, “what’s going on”. In hectic, fast-paced environments where people feel very stressed and fearful, and even in the television or the newspapers where there is a lot of fear going on. Sometimes if we are not mindful, we also end up taking them on. That is nothing wrong. It is just to be observant that that can happen to you. So, try not to berate or scold yourself so much, each time you feel fearful.
When we slow down and examine the fear, it comes from a lot of factors. It can come from the mass consciousness that you’re in, because sometimes you are very sensitive, so you pick them on without even knowing. It could be the television just saying that how many people died of Covid, and you feel today is such a bad day. Or someone something bad happened to them, very stressed out at work, you pick them on. And sometimes, for people’s comments, you feel like you took on certain energy, but don’t really know what it means. You take on a lot of things from loved ones, colleagues, and even people you don’t know. And then within ourselves, the fear could also come from a lot of places. It could be this lifetime or past lifetimes. Hence, there is no need to complicate matters. Whenever fear strikes, we don’t need to try to understand everything at that moment.

Instead, learn to pause, and do the steps that your Masters shared. Connect to the light, release, do energy circulation, sweep aura. Don’t have to chain everything up. You just do what you can. But at least once a day, try to do everything. Gradually, if you keep doing for one month, you will be slowly be very mindful of your energies versus people’s energies. Or like just now that person said something, I think I took on something. So, tonight I need to clear it out. Just focus on yourself and building your own light. So, that’s how you can survive. That whole idea of working on yourself is also very important. Imagine that you consistently work on your own light daily, it will help bring you to a very neutral space over time. It is not even forced. You don’t even have to tell yourself, “I have to be positive”, “I have to be neutral”. It just comes to you, because you are in such a good space energetically. And then you just go through your day. For example, when doctor comes up with certain diagnosis and said that maybe this one means like that, you will be able to pause, connect to yourself, pray to your own Masters, and ask for wisdom. Take some time to yourself to connect, and ask your Masters to show the answers to you over time. They can show it in the most amazing places, not just in the meditation. It could come when you are out of meditation, going everywhere, suddenly you see something and you know that’s the answer. That’s how answers can come. Be very open about it, and that will really benefit you. We not just know from an Akashic Records session, but most importantly, act on it. When you act and make it a habit, need not follow the steps to perfection, just roughly follow the concept, it will benefit you in time to come.
What we focused on for the healing segment?
We did the steps guided by the Masters for the meditation. These included: (1) calling in the Akashic Masters, (2) connecting to the light, (3) “I release” statement, (4) sweep aura, (5) energy circulation, and (6) praying to them. Note that the sequence need not be fixed; one can do in any order as desired.
Appasamy wanted the healing to focus on his physical body, as he feels physically weak and tired. He wants to get his focus back, to continue his work life properly and normal life routine. To a lesser extent, for the mental aspect (which is caused by the physical issue) to be healed.
